The beloved dice game known as “Fortunes and Winds” comes from the sake and gambling houses of Rokugan to your gaming table with these free rules and dice labels. Originally published in the 1998 L5R RPG sourcebook Way of the Scorpion, we’re making these rules available again to all as part of the celebrations for L5R’s 30th anniversary. You can also get a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the rules for this game in Episode 3 of the “30 Years of Legend of the Five Rings” podcast featuring special guest D.J. Trindle.
