Khan's Defiance

Ratling Letter

Tek'teki-tek,

Many bad things happening. I come back from far-far small lands with Crab boats. We stay on far-far small lands for a few suns before leaving. One night, I find rock house with no walls out on cliff near big-big water. Two green samurai there, but both sleep. They smell like spoiled water called sa-ke! Inside house is shiny-shiny sword. Sleeping Mantis already have swords, so me take. Ship leave when sun wake up, so no green samurai notice me take sword.

When boat get close to home, Crab find sword. Get mad. I jump off boat and swim away. I never see Crab so mad. I hide now. Sometimes, sword whisper to me. Tell me to fight Tomorrow. Tell me to fight like samurai, be brave and strong. I think green samurai Transcendent live inside sword. Longer it talk, more wise it seem. Why not fight Tomorrow with Crippled Bone and Tattered Ear? Stand against Tomorrow Chieftain instead of hide on waves?
Chipped Tooth just as strong.

Sword make me stronger. I no fear Tomorrow. Tomorrow fear me.

Sla't'err
